I went to this eye clinic, this morning with a problem and they weren't helping me. Insted of helping me they told me to deal with the problem myself. Terrible customer service the lady who was "helping me" is Jessica. As I was leaving they laughed at me and I believe it was because I'm latina and have an accent. I'm never coming back to that eye clinic again.
Update (Oct 2022) - glad to see the business survived the pandemic. Tony is amazing as always and I ordered another pair of glasses. Please give them a try. Great customer service. Owner is awesome and goes an extra mile to work with you. I am a repeat client and will be with them forever. Highly recommend!
The owner is very helpful, offers great service and has the best quality glasses in the Antioch/ Brentwood area.
