The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They really knew what they were doing and talking about. The frame selection was large and I got it in a decent amount of time. Took the kids too, and was fitted for contact lenses. It was apparent that Dr. Woo really cared about my family and their needs. Would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

Love their service – The couple who runs/owns this store are really hard working and patient. True, they are not a corporate machine, but that's ok with me. The glasses are much more affordable than my old optometrist and the doctor is very friendly and helpful... Personally, I will stick with them because I love their service. Julia is so very patient and helpful and Dr. Woo really communicates with you to be sure she fulfills your needs.

Great service! – I'm buying my 2nd pair of glasses from them in the last 2 yrs and I really like that it's the same staff as I dealt with before. They remembered me and what I liked...helped me choose a great 2nd pair quickly. To me, that's GREAT service!

I had an excellent experience. Dr. Shah was very professional and conscientious. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the most cost-effective eye exam I've ever had.

Workers knowledgeable – I just had a pair of glasses done here and the service was great. Glasses in one hour as promised. There were alot of places in San Mateo that I went to, and the workers here seemed a little bit more knowledgeable.

huge selection – I've been buying my glasses and contacts at this Site For Sore Eyes location for a few years now. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly; there's always some sort of offer or special going on, so I would say the prices are reasonable. During my last visit Julia helped me choose my new glasses, she was super patient as I tried on every pair of glasses in the store :) Finally settled on a pair that I love!
