My eyes were changing, and a pair they made for me just did not work out. They credited me the amount and got me a different pair when my eyes stabilized. When I found the pair of glasses in the glove box of my car had cracked due to the heat, they replaced them. I had insurance, but they did not charge me the fee I would normally pay on the insurance. One lense of my glasses were the wrong prescription. They didn't even check their work. I will never go there again.
