All in all a good experience – They we good - good cust. Service (Thank you Belinda) - good doctor and nice frames. I decided to go for high end lenses -with hi-refractive index lens, with some special poly carbonate with better anti-glare coating and photochromatic ones. Also, since I purchased a bit high end lenses, they said that it will take about 4 days for lenses to be ready so for the time being they gave me plain Rx lenses on my new frame for temporary use, for free. I love this Site For Sore Eyes! Dr. Valles is just the best and the staff in the retail part of the store are very friendly and helpful. Am SO glad I quit making the trek into SF or Walnut Creek for my eye exams. If you are going in for an exam -- yes appointment is needed -- but I've never had to wait on the doc, and that is a huge plus when you have places to go and *pardon the pun* people to see.

Happy with my purchase – A friend of mine needed glasses and knew the owner of this franchise. I wouldn't say that I need new glasses (and as it turns out, my prescription from 2 years ago remains the same), but I did want a fashion accessory update. And I don't know if you know this, but also - buying glasses is sort of like updating your personality. As it turns out, I am still sassy as I was two years ago, but slightly more feminine and less futuristic, a touch more fashionable and sunny. That is what my new glasses purch... read more
