I was standing in my living room and a man appeared standing in front of my picture window with a large pole in his hand. He was right in my window and i don’t know where else he had been on my property. i asked what he was doing and he said he was surveying the house next door. No apology for scaring me. Don’t do business with them they are rude and scary
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this surveyor company. I hired them to survey my property specifically to get HOA approval for a backyard fence. I was quoted $450 and trusted that I would receive what was necessary for that process. What I got instead was someone coming out, placing markers, and leaving — with no documentation, no plat, and nothing I could submit to my HOA. When I asked about it, I was told documentation would cost an additional $300 — something that was never clearly communicated upfront.... read more

They have no manner of perfesonnalism or respect for individuals or private property. Just hire someone eles.
