Had my little guy (9 year old shih tzu)in for surgery after an unexpected accident. I couldn’t be more satisfied and relieved. The staff was super helpful and professional all around. After discussing pre op procedures with Dr. Teresa. I knew right away we were in good hands, she was to the point and explained thoroughly what was necessary. and was very black and white with what to expect. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Our cat has been a patient for 18 months due to some unusual dental issues, and Sitara has made it easy to navigate through.
