Our wonderful rescue from Mazatlan came with teeth issues that were hard to diagnose because he is reactive. Dr.Jacobsen was so compassionate and calm in dealing with him. The whole group at Sitara Animal Hospital were so personable and made a very stressful situation easier. He is so happy now, after getting rid of 35 teeth that were in such a terrible state. Dr. Jacobsen and her team at Sitara Animal Hospital are truly exceptional. We brought our dog, Sully, who is our absolute baby, in for a routine consult on a cracked K9. This quickly turned into a really stressful and emotional situation after finding a mass in his mouth. From the moment she let us know it was there, we felt completely supported and cared for. The staff are so compassionate. My 3 year old Maine Coon had a virus from his breeder. The virus affected his teeth and he had to have a full mouth extraction. When Dr.Teresa came in she could see my baby was nervous, she did his exam in my lap so he felt comfortable. When it was time to get him ready for surgery they came in gave him a shot to put him to sleep for surgery and he got to fall asleep in the comfort of my arms.
