I had a problem with my current mattress that I purchased from there and Mary came to my house and noticed that there was definitely a problem. She said to stop in the store the next day and offered to apply money toward a new mattress (even if the credit wasn’t applied, her prices are reasonable!) I went in the store and Mary was extremely helpful and showed me different options. I found one I like and I can’t wait for it to be delivered!

We bought 6 mattresses for our cottage. We rent as well as enjoying it ourselves. Mary was so helpful in selecting the best mattress and personally checking our home to be sure the right base depth was selected. She oversaw delivery, set up and removal of the old. We highly recommend!!

I had an issue with delivery being later then promised. The owner or manager got involved and offered us an adjustable electric bed frame which was beyond generous. This is the third mattress set we have purchased from sit and sleep and I highly recommend doing business with them.

I purchased a king size serta mattress from Mary Moore on 12/2/25. She told me we would get delivery on 12/9. She said the mattress would be delivered to them on the 9th and based on timing we would receive delivery later on that day or first thing on the 10th. It is now the 17th and we don't have the mattress. NO ONE has bothered to call with an update. I called twice and got a man who couldn't have cared less and offered no info as when he just said oh sometimes this happens! REALLY! This is not customer service. I have pu... read more
