I purchased a king size serta mattress from Mary Moore on 12/2/25. She told me we would get delivery on 12/9. She said the mattress would be delivered to them on the 9th and based on timing we would receive delivery later on that day or first thing on the 10th. It is now the 17th and we don't have the mattress. NO ONE has bothered to call with an update. I was in the market for a new mattress and adjustable frame, and happened to be walking outside of Best Buy when I saw the sign for Sit & Sleep Mattress. I went in and they had a large assortment of mattresses and frames. Mary Moore, the manager, was extremely helpful in selecting the right combo for me. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell, and doesn't try upselling you into something you don't need. The delivery folks were on time, very helpful and proficient. Mary was the easiest and most pleasant person to work with over the phone. I had been making a lot of purchases over the phone. We would be traveling to Bluffton, SC after closing on our home in AR. We needed a bed delivered for our guestroom after closing on our new home in SC. She was friendly, knowledgeable and knew just how to help me.
