I have used Sit n' Stay Dog Training on two separate occassions. The first was for Real World Manners, a group class for my puppy. The training was excellent, and applicable. Despite it being a group class, the trainer was attentive and willing to work 1:1 as needed and as able. These classes really helped my puppy get a starting foundation! Sit n’ Stay was recommended to us when we started to look for trainers who work with dogs and children. We had adopted a young Great Dane from a rescue and were fully prepared for puppy behavior. This was not our first dog and we felt like we could handle bringing another dog into our home. However, we were not ready for the anxiety and behavioral challenges that our new dog had. As the owner of a highly reactive dog, I really appreciated the empathy and understanding that Sit N Stay gave me when I told them about his aggression. So far, training has made huge improvements to my dog’s behavior. If you need help for your furry best friend, Sit N Stay has a solution! Whether it’s basic obedience, puppy socialization or specialized one-on-one training, this school will provide quality care with flexible scheduling at a reasonable price. We’ve been bringing Victor to Sit n' Stay for over a year now, and it has been an incredible experience from the start. Victor is a rescue pup and much larger than our previous dog, so we wanted to make sure he had the right training — not just for good behavior, but also so he wouldn’t knock us over or drag us down the sidewalk on walks. I've taken multiple classes over multiple years with Gary. He's a realistic and thoughtful instructor who has a lot of experience with many different breeds and temperament dogs. I recommend their training classes to anyone who gets a puppy whenever they tell me.
