My husband and I paid $750 up front as requested for 3 training sessions. They were booking out a few weeks. In those weeks, we started working with our dog at home intensely - when we started seeing progress, we tried to cancel the classes since they hadn't done any for us yet. They will not refund our money after providing no services for us!!! NO WHERE does it say "no refunds" or anything along those lines. The best place for puppies to learn and grow. My pup started as soon as he was eligible and he's grown and learned so much. So proud of the little man he's becoming. The trainers are kind, caring and so patient.
My wife and I have used sit n stay on two separate occasions for our rescue pup we brought into our family last July. Once for in home/private lessons and once for group classes. In both instances, our sit n stay trainers were GREAT. As first time dog parents, they gave us all the tools we needed to be successful with our pup and the confidence that with time and effort, we could work with her to make in home and real world situations more comfortable for all parties!
The staff at Sit n' Stay are the best. Their kindness to the dogs and owners shows in their words and actions. When I first started taking my Golden Retrieve pup another owner told me the program was life changing for their dog and family. I have to agree Jack is 7 months old and knows his commands, responds to come and is the happiest puppy. We can't even begin to tell you how pleased we are with Sit-and-Stay. We have used Kim in the past for training, and have always loved her. She is a wonderful trainer, and will help her clients any way possible. Currently we are taking classes with Becki, and have nothing but good things to say. She is always helpful, and has really taught us how to train our reactive dog. There is no question that Becki knows animals, and genuinely cares about you and your dog.
