Hello all, I’ve taken the hybrid CNA course with Sisu care and I’m writing this review as a last resort so they take their online problem seriously. The online self paced program has more bugs than a house infested with termites. The program goes into a sudden stop, doesn’t save your work correctly and glitches on every module ! So basically I have done the same work over and over again. Sometimes doing more than 1 hour of work only to be deserted to the beginning and have all of the work locked again. Sisu was a great program to go through in my opinion. It was quick but very informative. My instructor was very good as well. She made sure that everyone understood and felt comfortable with new skills and curriculum we learned. I also like how you can choose your schedule for the clinical portion.
Loving this program. My counselor Jaspreet is the best, he was able to help me with navigating my upload for documents and also helped me with scheduling since working a full job and school is difficult. Choose this program it’s worth it!
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I drove over an hour to attend a 7:00 am class, arrived early, and sat there with a full class and no instructor. We waited over 25 minutes with zero communication from the program. We eventually had to call ourselves just to find out the entire week was canceled and rescheduled. No email, no call, no text, nothing. Such a lack of consideration for there students. I had an instructor with the last name Shaar, and unfortunately my experience throughout the course was very disappointing. She frequently made belittling and smart remarks toward students, which created an uncomfortable learning environment. Instead of encouraging questions, she would respond with comments like “Weren’t you listening?”, “Didn’t you take notes?”, or “I already talked about that.” She often shared personal life issues during class, came across as very opinionated, and behaved unprofessionally at times, includ... read more
