I really want to THANK the school, SisuCare, and I am happy to share my review here. :) The amazing thing about the CNA course through SisuCare is its HYBRID FORMAT, combining online learning with in-person skills training. Where do I start SISU was a mess. When I started my three week CNA instructor led class on the first day we showed up on time 8 AM for the zoom meeting. We were waiting for about 20 minutes and then suddenly they tell us class is canceled our teacher didn’t show up, that happened two more times where we show up on time for class and then they canceled class because again our teacher did not show up. Overall, SisuCare provided a good learning experience and helped prepare me for clinicals and the CNA certification exam. The final instructor was especially supportive and knowledgeable. My main suggestion for improvement would be maintaining more consistency with instructors throughout the program.
Sisu was a great program to go through in my opinion. It was quick but very informative. My instructor was very good as well. She made sure that everyone understood and felt comfortable with new skills and curriculum we learned. I also like how you can choose your schedule for the clinical portion.
Hello all, I’ve taken the hybrid CNA course with Sisu care and I’m writing this review as a last resort so they take their online problem seriously. The online self paced program has more bugs than a house infested with termites. The program goes into a sudden stop, doesn’t save your work correctly and glitches on every module ! So basically I have done the same work over and over again. Sometimes doing more than 1 hour of work only to be deserted to the beginning and have all of the work locked again.
