I normally don't write a review, but felt like I had to after my bad experience today. The lady that washed my hair before the cut was like a woman on a mission with a vengance as she scrubbed my head that hard and practically pulled my scalp off when wrapping my hair in a towel. When I told her that it hurts, she flippantly replied, " Oh sorry,darling". It felt like a sorry but not sorry kinda of a reply.
