I called 51 minutes in advance of our arrival on a Saturday to enquire about service availability as well as needing 5 tires for a trailer. I was told the tires were available and that we would possibly have to wait 15 or 20 minites.for the fella to arrive. I called.again approximately 15 minutes away and let the guy know we were coming and asked if it would help to unload the machine off the trailer and was told yes.
