Bought a car 12 months ago it blew up yesterday , they advertised it with a new engine and timing chain , we serviced it every 6 months and maintained it meticulously , No point going back to them about it going by the reviews . Disappointed . Should get longer than 12 months with a new engine and chain done . Wouldn’t buy a car from here again .

Absolutely rip off car company. My son bought a car last year and paid the garage money to tax the vehicle. Few months later got pulled by the police as the car had not been taxed.Also realised that the dealer had not sent the log book of.3 months later with no help from the garage got the car back at a cost of over £1000 pounds. Garage woul not answer to the phone or reply to the letters we had sent .Starting a small claims against this so called garage
Bought a car from Siston Brook last summer, very happy with it, never had any problems with it, and never had a problem with communications either. I thought I'd wait for the MOT before leaving a review and it's just sailed through with no issues. I had a professional mechanics report done on the car before purchase. I would recommend doing this if you are not mechanically minded.
I was interested in viewing a car at this dealership, but despite calling about 10 times over a couple of days and leaving messages, I was never able to get through to them. If they're that difficult to get hold of then there's no chance I'm buying a car from them. It's not difficult to pick up the phone.
