I was hesitant to bring in my sewing machine but was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t want to have half the price having it looked at that I spent on the whole machine. The gals immediately introduced me to the tech and I explained to him that after taking the plastic off and lubing what I could, the machine was still having friction issues and not turning over correctly.
