Her name is Betty..Not a good experience first time. Friendly but terrible job I'm very upset. Cut my hair dry and I sat in the dark. I told her not to take my length that I didn't want short hair and no dramatic look! not to touch the front sides (she butchered )and not my banges or I wouldn't have anything left! I just wanted a few long layers a Trim in the back so when I brush it it lays beautifully.
