The facial I had today was mediocre. The lady who gave me mine was running 30 mins behind. No one told me and I had to ask if they forgot about me. Along with being charged for a hour facial and was only given a half hour facial, which I was signed up for a hour. When brought the concern to the lady at the front desk, I felt there was no sincerity. Wasn’t a good experience for being the first time there.
RecommendedKatie did an awesome job on my hair today! I got a balayage and I am OBSESSED with the results! I also had a blast talking to her for over 3 hours may I add!! She is so so nice! Highly recommend :)
RecommendedMy stylist spent a lot of time with me talking about what style I was looking for, showed me what products she was using and how to use them to achieve the style I wanted, The color and cut is exactly what I was looking for!! And... The price is extremely reasonable!!
Pretty disappointed with the attitude and lack of communication I received when booking and receiving a pedicure today.. I wouldn’t personally go back..

Went in for a balayage today with blonde and my hair is orange, you can see a clean cut line in my hair where the tin foil was. Not impressed at all.
