Everone at the facility is wonderful, Gabrielle and Connie are extremely friendly and helpful along with all the nurses that have given me infusions , Very kind , gentle and really care about the patients coming in for these infusions, I thought my experience was a one time thing but unfortunately it is not and I would not go anywhere else to get these infusions. They are very accomodating and makes you feel at ease.
Was on hold for so long (4 hours) that my phone died. And NOBODY calls you back! So unprofessional
I’ve been on hold for over an hour. There is no other way to get in touch with them. There is an option to leave a message but it doesn’t allow you to leave a message when selected. Extremely bad customer experience.
Insanely sweet staff. This was my first time getting an infusion and I was very nervous. The nurses were so sweet and helped calm my nerves. Every single person you meet since walking in the door is bright, cheery and sympathetic. It made such an anxious situation a breeze for me and I appreciated it so much.
