I had an appointment today with Sister Hair Braiding in Greensboro NC (9/1/24) at 10a.m. and Sally (the braider) did not show up. Obviously she doesn't respect her client's time. I waited 10 mins, called her (no answer) but received a text saying that she was just picking up my hair???? She never apologized for not being on time. When I responded via text, how long will it be before she arrives, no response. This is a very unprofessional approach as a business woman. Beautiful braiding she was so nice the shop was closed and she went out of her way to meet me and open up she did my hair all within 4 hrs and I was very satisfied with the look and price
First impressions are very important. The stylist was very late, didn't take the initiative to make contact (I had to pursue her) and didn't seem to understand how unprofessional that was. However, the hair was very neat and beautifully done.
Waited and waited for them to open, but they didn't show. I left. However, as for how their work is, I can not give e an honest rating. So maybe you should give them a try for your own experience.
This place has done my hair multiple times, have wonderful service, & executed every style I’ve wanted great!!
