We contracted Two Sisters when my mother-in-law needed to move to a rehab center. The owner gave my husband an estimate of what would be paid for the contents of the apartment furnishings. After the 'cleanout' my husband was contacted by the owner who advised she was sending an additional check as she felt the remaining items would sell for more than she originally estimated! They were professional & kind & did a terrific job!
Do not use this business ! I repeat do not use them ! I had a horrible experience with them doing my parents'estate sale. They take advantage of a family in grief. They overprice the items then "conviently " offer to take the items off your hands after the sale ( what didn't sell) . Then they resell your items in their store and you get Nothing ! Very disappointed with this business. Handled an estate sale for my friend and over priced every item in the sale, then offered to take all the unsold items "off their hands" for free--most likely for their shop inventory. I feel they preyed on my friend's grief over losing a loved one and took advantage of the situation. I would NOT recommend this business.
WE had a wonderful experience using Two Sisters. They arrived at our home ready to work, friendly, professional and thorough. We chose to use their clean our service and were so pleased. We highly recommend them -- and the wonderful workmen who came to do the heavy work.
I have been once to the shop and once to an actual estate sale. These people are the worst! The shop is dirty, unorganized, and overpriced. And full of junk that is also expensive (I am talking mold covered furniture). The estate sale I went to was also crazy expensive! I would have loved to buy some of the vintage clothing items on sale but they were more expensive than they would have been in an actual, high end vintage clothing boutique or a site like etsy!
