Paid $300 for butt length braids, asked for medium, they always do small.... everytime. Your there all day. When I left they told me it would be $120 to re-do the crown. 6 weeks later, I make the appt, she texts and tells me to take down "3 rows". I take off from work, arrive early and wait. When I sit down, she immediately says you took down too much. You were only supposed to take down 1 row on the back, I said you didn't tell me that you told me 3 rows, she just looked at me.
