The way I talked to over the phone was a trigger for me. Dealing with mental and verbal Abuse is bad enough by itself it is Trauma. And when you go to someone for help and they tell you that they can't help you because you misunderstood something they said at your intake appointment it broke my heart. Very rude and disrespectful I’m 6 months pregnant trying to flee a domestic violence situation and the lady was very rude even to my social worker

I keep getting referred here and I don’t know why… I’m not upset with the abuser, it’s not a simple dispute, there is just no chance for reconciliation… So What’s Love Got To Do With It?!?! Why would you keep mentioning that? Like it matters and regardless of “changed behavior” nothing can justify almost leaving this earth w/child in front of my child who helplessly sat and watched the whole nasty ordeal crying hysterically due to someone else’s extreme indifference towards human life.
