2 stars because of pricing and wait time , I brought my 2 daughters (2 different length hair) and was charged $75 each (at first they tried charging $80) because they had thick hair. I was also told that they were unable to do a roller set in my daughters hair and the tried to force a keratin treatment on her hair to make it more manageable for them..
