Worst shop to go to I'm going to have a piece of mind and get my hair done they got these hoodlums coming up on my car like I'm not going to call the police on them in their face then walk in the shop about 20 people sitting down not doing nothing 1 customer and I see y now will never go here again and no I didn't spend no money I have to be comfortable and in a positive environment when people touching me but my service would have cost me $320 instead went somewhere else
They show up to work whenever they feel like it. Horrible customer service. Don’t tip them.
My braider was super nice and asking me if I was okay the customer service was good in my opinion but I didn’t like that I asked for small and received big braids in the back … they did compensate me my money for that which I like I didn’t have to go back and forth about that …I did receive alot of compliments it was only 270 for these “small” Knotless
I walked in at 11am and the lady said to come back at 3pm. I came back and then she said I would have to wait additional 2hrs. I already drove from Lake Charles and waited 4 hrs she took two more people and lied and said those were appts from this morning. I’m sitting inside to see if looking for another shop to take me and the owner call and asked why was I still there!!! They couldn’t easily said they couldn’t take me at 11am this morning and I would’ve found someone else!! Now it’s too late and still don’t have my hair do... read more
