I didnt come into their store I bought a product on line which wasn't the item I wanted I reached out to them they said they would reimburse me back my money and every 2 weeks they're still taking money from my account

Place wouldn’t be so bad if the environment and vibes didn’t seem so unwelcoming and unpleasant. Either a worker or the owner seems miserable with life or at this job. One lady with braids was kind and helpful and seemed friendly .. the other lady not so much at all. The unpleasant lady checking me out was unnecessarily unpleasant, I just started laughing to myself because I just couldn’t believe it.
