As a girlie who struggles with anxiety I absolutely love Sista Fitness! Walking into a gym used to make me feel so anxious, but now I genuinely get excited every time I come in. The environment is so calming, welcoming, and supportive, and I always feel safe and comfortable surrounded by such amazing staff and gym members who are all so sweet. I did the Mat Pilates class with Kayla and it was fantastic, she is a great instructor and her classes are a favourite…Sista Fitness is an awesome gym and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym.

I wanted to cancel and they asked me if I wanted to just put my account on hold and I did. They started back my payments and I had no idea, no notification. Spent $60 per fortnight for months. No contact about how I have been spending so much and not been at all. They screwed around my daughters account when she became unemployed and they kept taking $15 late fees day after day and didn't understand her financial situation. Avoid this gym. They are complete hypocrites who weaponised the WA Code of Practice against me but refused to follow it themselves.If you think about joining, do not sign a contract. Pay the extra three dollars for a flexible option so you can leave whenever you need to. I also advise all consumers to ask hard questions before signing up.
