Vicky was charming and very customer service oriented. I brought two of my mother’s watches into the store. One needed a band and the other needed a battery. Vicky listened to me and then assured me that both watches could be fixed. She then gave me a contact for the store and a receipt. She said that the store would contact me when the watches are ready. I left a very happy customer.
