Excellent customer service!!!! My Lagos bracelet from years ago messed up so I brought it in seeing if anything could be done. They sent it in to Lagos and I got a brand new one in its place! Everyone who has ever helped me in there is always so friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. They’re there to help even if you’re not buying.
