I find that this store has great furniture, although a small selection. The prices a also great but the customer service is sub-par. I opted to pick up my furniture and at home realized that there was a mix up with the bed rails. When I asked that the new rails be delivered to me to compensate for the inconvenience I was told but a store employee who identified herself as the daughter of the owner that it was not her fault that there was a mix up and that she would not pay for the delivery of the rails.
