Jeff saved the day! I just moved to town and needed work done on my brakes. Jeff fixed the problem so quickly and explained everything thoroughly so I felt informed about what was going on. He gave exceptional customer service and am pleased to have found a great mechanic in Baltimore!
Jeff is great. Gave me all the options that I had and did a great job fixing my car up. I am moving away from the area and seriously considering driving my car an hour and a half to have Jeff service it in the future.
