Took (what I thought was) a risk and ordered a white fur shawl for my December wedding off Sissily’s website… one I had never heard of. They emailed me immediately after my order was received to ask when I needed the item by as it was taking 2 weeks to make. I didn’t have that length of time so asked for a refund but they, instead, offered me an alternative style (that was $10 more) for no additional cost that was available to ship right away!
