Up charged me $100 on organic keratin Groupon which is 75% on top of price. She said bc of length of my hair which is mid back. I’ve been up charged by $30-$50 which would of been fair. Everyone who gets keratins has long hair so this should be disclosed Unprofessional, false advertising, poor customer service, got product on my shirt-didn’t care to place a towel around my shoulders first…I’m sure it was not Organic as it was in a spray bottle and damaged my hair tons months later.
