Very patient
Used to be an excellent caring Dr. Not sure if its the new staff or the times we re in! This Office is non responsive Dr Osia doesnt not show for schedule virtual appointments or call back. Pharmacy cant get through and you can never reach a live person- Do NOT go to this Dr
Worst doctor ever…. Doesn’t go by up to date protocol…needs to retire!… I’m a young person who needed to be evaluated for an onset of neck pain that extended down my arm & to my hand… all Physical therapist said it’s standard to be sent with a scan in order to get to the source of the problem, he refused! I’m still in pain after going to pt for 5 or 6 months which could be remedied if only he was competent enough to refer for an MRI or CT scan. Fussed at my mom & arrogantly ignored physical therapist recommendations saying “... read more
I have been going to Dr. Osia for about three to four months now. He is very kind, he listens and he gives great advice. The office lacks on follow ups and the staff is a bit rude. The wait time can get ridiculous but yet I have never waited no longer then 30 minutes which is expected at a doctors office. The doctor is great but his staff needs some work. I feel that they kind of run the show instead of him.
Yes I would, matter of fact I did and they are now his patient ... husband and wife
This office consistently stacks appts. On three occasions I have arrived on time for my appt only to learn there are more than 10 people ahead of me. This latest appt I waited 1.5 hours. I was so thankful to be seen I didn't argue. When I was finally seen the doctor was rude and utterly annoyed. He repeatedly responded that he had "too many patients" for my concerns. He was so rude I had no choice but to leave w/o being seen. He would not refund my copay. AVOID!
Dr. Osia is very courteous and kind. He analysis of my health is thorough. I love that he breaks down my diagnosis every visit and he patiently sits to discuss the outcome of how to improve my health. His staff is not always as friendly as I would like them to be. They can sometimes play too much around the patients. The office could improve in this area. I completely trust Dr. Osia as my primary care physician. He is a profession and the very best doctor that I have ever had in my lifetime.
He talks alot about himself. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not suggest anyone visit. They want you to value their time by implementing a $40 miss appt fee, but have you waiting an OVER an hour for an scheduled appointment. one receptionist is horrible at appointment setting. She should stay doing intake and vitals.. very disgusted. Will NOT return..
