Thank you so much. Folls, oir Home Warrenty company screwed up, and Mr. Sisney kept on top of it. He couldnt do anything aboit their delay (AHS), but once je got the part...he got ot done. So thankful for Communication, Quality Work, and Professionalism.
Called when our AC unit went out, he came out same day & had it installed the next day! Very happy as we sit comfortably in our nicely cooled home!
It's obvious the owner doesn't care, just read his responses. This guy is dispatched through Choice Home Warranty on the 07/13. CHW has to reach out for him to contact me and he blows me up on a Saturday. I'm a disabled vet with medical issues, I was in an appointment. I call him back Monday morning on 07/17, leave a message. Never heard from the guy again. I assume he has so much business he doesn't need anymore. CHW reassigns me to a new company this morning and I've already heard from them.
