I had a visit to the walk in clinic today (3/24/25) around 11am. I was seeking a referral for biofeedback. I was specifically told (by one of the bio feedback doctors) to get a referral, I had to go through the walk in clinic. I was told that they were not able to do that and anyway, the list for new patients is two months out. The woman who told me this appeared to be a supervisor or maybe she was training the new receptionist. Dr laura anderson is absolutely awful. She is very unkind and unhelpful. She treated my grandmother with complete disrespect and made her feel like such an obligation. She was not helpful at all. This woman treated her like a drug addiction because she needed help with her pneumonia she has been battling for months now. The way she talked to my grandmother is disgusting and infuriating. Do not go to this woman
I was there to see Alisha Zauher and have been asking for a new doc for 6 months as this doc is terrible keeps telling me I have diabetes and 2 other doc disagreed I do not have diabetes she also would not fill my heart med after she asked me to get a blood test, which I did two days prior. Her Medical Ass over heard me say I wasn’t happy and i wanted a different provider. They'll rip you off. Tried to charge me for an office visit to get a TB test. 7x the price of the clinic a mile down the road!
