This shop was a disappointment. Truck stayed there for 3 months. 98% of the work I ask to be done was not. Got the truck back still running terrible and I had to be giving a jump start in the parking lot. When I told the guy my truck was full of rats crap- he said "yea rat crap" I'm speechless at the total disregard of this shops customer service.
Simply the best. Kat kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship is second to none!
Don't recommend this shop under any circumstances. They kept our truck for over 4 (FOUR!!!!!!) months to repair the heads and then did a half-assed job putting it back together with injectors in the wrong ports and one bronken injector inserted at the time of installation! They bent our exhaust all to hell and caused a tremendous muffler rattle that is beyond annoying. They did not tighten down the turbo and used the worn turbo hose connector in the reinstall rather than a new one. They charged us for new filters all around... read more
After my truck spent three months there and cost me $6600 it left on a tow truck with a nonworking transmission ended up in court where I only received part of my money back I don’t think anybody should have to deal with that
