These guys do professional bike fittings. Jeff put me on a trainer to study my riding posture and body mechanics and make some adjustments to my bike based on his observations. The changes he made eliminated the lower back and knee pain I've had for so long. Thanks, Jeff. I'm glad I didn't have to give up riding!

Wow, the place has changed a lot since I was there a few years ago. there's a new owner and new mechanics, all of them real nice, friendly folks. Even the shop has been renovated with new flooring, new paint, new fixtures. they sure brightened up the place. If i lived closer town, I'd go there more often. The new crew really bends over backwards to help out hte customer.
