Terrible, disgusting business practices. They literally told it's not my job when I tried to get refill of the maintenance medication I have been taking for over 2 years after seeing one of there doctors. Followed by the fact I had to make a new appointment and establish myself as there patient with multiple visits before they would help. It is a desperate grab for more money and passing the responsibility of actually providing healthcare onto the patient so they have no liability or don't endanger their paychecks.
I have never been to siskiyou community health center before but was told to go there for urgent care to treat some severe migraines ive been having and was unable to get into my neurologist. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen by the name of Daniel Freitas. I cannot explain how awesome this gentlemen was he was very quick to help me and make me feel right at home..
