****UPDATED****AGAIN***** Brand-new truck. 4,790 miles. Catastrophic steer-tire failure at ~70 MPH on the interstate. This wasn’t cosmetic damage or an inconvenience. My ignition module broke. I was given an appointment for the next day. I arrived only to be told that I had to pay for the service/repairs PRIOR to it being ordered and anything being done to my jeep…….$948.00! Who carries that much money to just drop in a moment?! Not most. A week later, after I called, I was given another appointment. AVOID This Dealership – They Scammed My 18-Year-Old Son I am absolutely furious with Whites Auto Mall Hopkinsville for taking advantage of my 18-year-old son. He took his 2006 Honda Civic in because the anti-theft alarm kept going off and the key barrel cylinder needed to be replaced. That’s it. A straightforward fix.
