Bought a 2017 Jeep wrangler chief edition. Was told they checked it over… and said it was perfect. It had 4 bad shocks a bad axel which causes the death wobble. And the rear brakes blew out before I made it to Paducah ky still had a 2 hour drive north home. Be very careful. I paid 35,000 it boils for 23,000 and had to do a lot of repairs and of course non was covered under the warranty which was a platinum warranty. Be careful buying from here.

Poor Service Experience – Disappointed but Treated Kindly by Staff We took our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica to White’s Auto Mall in Hopkinsville, KY, for service due to several issues: the A/C was not working, the transmission was jerking, and the vehicle was losing power while driving. Worst experience, untrained and giving out misinformation. Called to make an appointment for my vehicle. They asked basic questions about the situation. I followed up by asking if our warranty would cover the diagnostics she said yes. Which was a lie. Waited over a week for an appointment. I had my husband drop off the vehicle, when he dropped it off they told my husband the only thing the warranty wouldn’t cover was batteries. Horrible sales experience. Terrible communication. Saw a vehicle I was interested in on a Saturday. The salesman told the car arrived the day before, hadn’t been serviced and wasn’t available for sale yet. I told him I was interested on Monday after it was serviced and would be able to come back and purchase the vehicle Wednesday. Chip, Wayne, and Keith helped me so much. They fought tooth and nail when the lender was being difficult after I had already signed the contract. They made sure I got to keep my car at the same price with the same deals. They helped me with a vehicle in my price range. They kept the payments under the max I wanted.
