I love this dealership! I tried going to another dealership and after test driving they told me that the vehicle was sold. I saw a vehicle online exactly the same as the one I test drove at White Auto Mall jeep and I put in a request for this one after hours. Chip, Wayne, and Keith helped me so much. They fought tooth and nail when the lender was being difficult after I had already signed the contract. They made sure I got to keep my car at the same price with the same deals. They helped me with a vehicle in my price range. They kept the payments under the max I wanted. Hands down amazing service from Chris, he looked at my Ram 2500 and saved so much time and $100’s. Honestly amazing tech! And Madeline my service writer was very great and helpful. Edit: had to come back again and these two are a power team of service. They understood my situation and were on the ball getting me back on the road for my cross country excursion. Thank you both!

I had taken my vehicle in for service and had a good experience til I got home and found that the tech that did my service broke multiple tabs off each of the breaker boxes and I haven’t even looked at them or touched them till I see the cover flopping at my feet while I was DRIVING!!!

This is the only place I will bring my Pacifica! My check engine light lit up on a Friday, I brought in my van on a Monday to get the code read, they ran diagnostics on Tuesday, overnighted the parts needed and I was fixed up on Wednesday! Lauren, in service, was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond for us since she knew we were leaving on a trip that week too.
