Great service this time ! Went in for a brake fluid flush and was out in about an hour. My service writer (Katie) was amazing! Very cheerful, contagious smile and very helpful. Even though she had my driver seat all the way to the steering wheel, we will let it slide this time 🤣.

****UPDATED****AGAIN***** Brand-new truck. 4,790 miles. Catastrophic steer-tire failure at ~70 MPH on the interstate. This wasn’t cosmetic damage or an inconvenience. This was a high-speed safety failure. Anyone with real driving experience knows you do not slam on the brakes during a steer blowout—you maintain control and safely exit the roadway. Bought a 2017 Jeep wrangler chief edition. Was told they checked it over… and said it was perfect. It had 4 bad shocks a bad axel which causes the death wobble. And the rear brakes blew out before I made it to Paducah ky still had a 2 hour drive north home. Be very careful. I paid 35,000 it boils for 23,000 and had to do a lot of repairs and of course non was covered under the warranty which was a platinum warranty. Be careful buying from here.

Purchased 2025 Ram Limited Longhorn. Truck had less than 2000miles. Thought getting a fair price on truck with 2 dependable vehicles traded in. This truck had multiple electrical issues from first buyer not informed about. Since I have had it, it has been in my Ram dealer 5x. Have not been to able to drive this vehicle for a full week since had for 6 weeks and has left me stranded 2x! Don’t buy from them. Out of state buyer, had to track them down to send me the title, they “forgot” or weren’t organized enough to figure it out. Ended up sending it so late I had to pay fees at the DMV, then White’s refused to pay the fees for me after several attempts at getting ahold of them. Crap service. Only giving it 2 starts bc Marcus who helped us buy the car had all the paperwork in order and I appreciated him getting us in and out quickly.
