I had a great experience at White’s Auto Mall, Preowned location. The salesman, Bobby, was respectful and thorough when answering all questions, and I had several. My ignition module broke. I was given an appointment for the next day. I arrived only to be told that I had to pay for the service/repairs PRIOR to it being ordered and anything being done to my jeep…….$948.00! Who carries that much money to just drop in a moment?! Not most. A week later, after I called, I was given another appointment. I am so impressed and thankful for this dealership! Fazhan help us tremendously with everything! He not only was able to get us into a reliable perfect family car but he also helped us find a way out of a wrongfully done contract with another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership even to people in Tennessee! The service is impeccable and they are the most honest company me and my husband have worked with!!

I got my truck in for service really quick, however it took a few days to get it diagnosed. After the truck was diagnosed it took another 10 days to be completed. During the ten days I waited I could not get a hold of the service advisor, I called multiple times and when I did get someone on the line my service advisor was always too busy to talk, I didn’t receive any calls from my service advisor.
