We haven’t contacted SISA directly, but have communicated with them through our builder, Willow Homes. Unfortunately, our experience with them has been very poor. Their work appears to be of low quality and does not meet proper standards. They installed the air conditioning system on the roof during the construction of our house. Due to their lack of expertise and care, the sealing was not done correctly, which resulted in significant water damage to the wall from leaks. Had a ducted air conditioning system installed by SISA Air Conditioning recently, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. On the day of the install, the crew showed up right on time, got straight to work, and were very professional throughout. They were careful with the house, did a clean job, and made sure I understood how to use the system before they left.
