My insurance claim took months to resolve. The initial offer was absurdly inadequate. Months of back-and-forth finally resulted in a payout that was approximately 3 times the initial amount. Not sure if the strategy was to extend the process to fatigue the customer or something else. The initial interpretation of the damage was ridiculously slanted towards the moving and relocation service. Fairness seemed to be absent for most of the claim process. Be very careful!

Had the displeasure of dealing with Chad Bodkin during a government move. From missed contractual deadlines to a total lack of empathy, to a lack of communication (he does not answer his phone or return voicemail) and unprofessional correspondence, he should not be in a customer-facing role. Horrific experience with Sirva. They broke multiple pieces of my furniture and then prolonged the claims process for so long that I opted to fix them myself, which I’m sure was intentional on their part. I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone in need of movers.

One of the worst dishonest companies around they own north american moving and allied moving . Hired north american in naples florida to move my items to Tennessee north american picked up the items and then stored them in a warehouse in naples than were dropped by allied 4 days late and alot of damages don't use them if you want your items to arrive undamaged remember SIrva is a large company and in my eyes poorly managed (they suck .) Every dog has his day so will SIRVA
