it should be no stars. nice staff but no one know what the heck they are doing. avoid at all cost. issue has been going on for a month with our house and it hasn't been resolved. hoping it's going to be resolved at some point in 2021 but i'm not really optimistic.
Would'nt recommend. This is our 5th house and it was the worst experience we have had yet. The appraiser they used was terrible, clearly didnt understand the market or the location of the home sale. Sirva mortgage only helped and showed any sense of urgency after I got the other branch of Sirva involved which was in charge of our move. There are countless other companies.. Pick one of those.
Just closed on a refinance with SIRVA Mortgage-easy, fast, painless process. Kudos to Ernie, Roz, and Dawn, they were all fabulous to work with. Great rates and low fees, highly recommended.
