The worst mismanaged moving company's north american and allied my items were picked up by north american and stored in a warehouse in naples florida than dropped off 4 days late by allied . Alot of items damaged. They are a owned by sirva worldwide. Do not use them don't trust them if you have valuable items

Very unprofessional staff which resulted in our items being broken, stolen or damaged. They were assigned to us by husband’s company to help us transition, the movers from Berger/Allied defecated in my child’s bathroom leaving shit and stains in toilet after we instructed them to use main floor guest. They “misplaced” my sons memory chest with all his childhood memorabilia, refused to assemble furniture, left before inspecting boxes/unpack items, forced/rushed us into signing form s because staff hired became irritated and r... read more

There is a pattern here... Same thing as others have said: you absolutely need to document every single item WITH the driver before he leaves or they'll never reimburse you. They won't even notify you the damages they are aware of... Part of the damages was on my motorcycle and they claimed this could have happened while I was riding it... even though it was winter time (lots of snow here) and I could not even ride on the streets as it would have been illegal anyway during that time of year.
