Dr. Sirota is the best! I live a very active life but after I was in a car accident, I suffered from terrible neck and back pain which really set me back as I could not exercise without pain. I had multiple herniated discs and he helped me not only get out of pain, but stay out of pain! Now, I'm consistently able to enjoy my workouts again without constantly worrying.
