Seronia Care keep blocking my requests for home blood tests because they dont stick to their appointments and then turn up unanounced and complain that nobody is home. I am sererly disablled and cant use a car, taxi or bus because of medical conditions and my powerchair does not have enough range and causes to much paint to get me to my GP. I have made a complaint to the Quaility Care Comission CQC and suggest that others facing simular issues do the same.
I receive weekly visits from a distinct nurse for wound care and they are all lovely. If I could change one thing it would be to have a designated day over the weekend when my nurse will visit because as it stands, I have to cancel my plans for the weekend (Friday - Sunday) as I don't know when the nurse will show up. Fix this one thing and I'll happily give 5 stars.
Dreadful 30 mins wait for answer. Advised I was not the clients.
