Back in May 2017 I went to Sirène Spa for a facial and did not receive what I paid for. More upsetting than a technician doing a substandard process, I caught the technician then talking about me with another employee when they thought I was out of earshot. I brought this to the attention of the owner, whom said that she'd talk to the employees and apologized for the substandard facial, which skipped many steps that were advertised and paid for. The massage was heaven, the facial was am "eh". My daughter and I went for deep tissue massages, and we both walked out of there with muscles that were free of knots and tension. The only way I can explain it is euphoric. Adrianna was really educated on how to release muscles, and work the knots out without pain. Four days later we went in for facials, we worked with Ashley this time.
