Don’t use SiriusXM. They have a user agreement that is not in your best interests and you can use you Phones to connect to your vehicles and use other Free options…. This monthly price is a Farce and Gouges you. Their algorithms are a pain. Even when you update your payment they still ding you and nothing in their algorithm will go back and update the payment to what you placed o to their web page. I am deeply disappointed with Sirius XM due to a severe lapse in account security and inadequate customer service. My account was hijacked, and despite numerous attempts, Sirius XM has failed to secure my personal and financial information. Their refusal to close my account or remove my credit card details is alarming. Their customer service is rigid and unhelpful, offering no solutions outside their narrow set of predefined issues. They’ve sent junk mail for years. I cancelled my service months ago and asked for no telemarketing. Now they’ve begun harassing me on my cell. I’m filing a complaint with the FCC and recommend others do too.
Single handledly the worst subscription scam in America. Whether I I cancel or my wife cancels, they still try to collect. Even when we pay for a year in full and continously bombard us. Such garbage. This is why people stream spotify.
