We are supposed to have 3 months free But siriusxm keeps talking payments out of our bank Every time I call they tell me it's between me and my bank and they won't do anything about it So what they are telling me is that they don't care and they won't do anything else and that I have to get ahold of my bank

While the channel line up is ok, sketch business practices make Sirius the modern day Time Warner Cable. The primary scam is to offer a low introductory rate and then jack up the monthly cost a few months later -- as much as 2000% -- counting that a lot of folks will not catch the charge on your monthly billing statement. Of course, there are no refunds once you realize and cancel. Then they spam you, electronically and by mail, to renew. The world will be better off when this dinosaur is extinct.

every year when I order I tell them do not automatically renew me. but every year they do it and I have to dispute it on my credit card. I believe at this point they do it on purpose because most people don't catch it.. not only do they not send you a receipt consistently every year so you don't catch it but the consistently will give you a better deal if you ask. today even though they understood they overcharged me for another year when I asked to be terminated at the end of the contract they still would only credit me $10... read more

Bad customer service. All the calls are routed to India and they have no training. I called in because my account was attached to somebody else’s car randomly. Had to spend 15 min explaining to them that I never added services to an Infiniti. It seems like they were not understanding what I was trying to say. Eventually I was transferred to someone else and the issue was resolved. With calls to this company it’s a hit or miss with quality of service.
