I have always left with a smile …have so many compliments on my hairstyle and asked where or who did your hair and I’m proud to give over the info. Very nice atmosphere …customer service A1 will be returning for my loc updos!!

Horrible Customer Service. I was looking for a loctician in the area and left a voicemail inquiring about pricing because I couldn't find what I was looking for on their website. The next day I get a text from a random number with their website. No intro, no explanation, just a link. I then asked was this the "response" for my VM. "it is" was the reply... I immediately said, "You just lost a customer." Then he or she said "You can't win them all. Have a great day :)". I am baffled that a business owner is acting like this.
