Sirius-Xm Radio is an absolutely wonderful service when I am driving my truck. However, as a subscriber, I can also listen through the internet at home. This service is terrible. When first turning on, the music is great! Then after 10 to 30 minutes, the music just stops for no reason. You go back to the app and try to restart. But pushing the play button only provides some arrows that swirl in a circle. No music. To get back to music, you need to tap the forward arrow and a new song will start playing. music is okay. you cant swipe between songs because its a radio. when it comes to cancelation you get transferred 3 times between customer service dpt and cancelation dpt, funny
