I am an Sirius FM subscriber for over 15 years. Has the service on 4 vehicles but recently on my vehicle the yearly charge expired and was automatically put on a monthly charge of $25.00 a month. We only listen to decades 40’s and 50’s and Blues channels only. I explained to Chin that the monthly charges were too high for 3 channels and I wanted what we were paying for the yearly rate for the last several years. She said she couldn’t do it. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she left on hold.
