Very friendly and informative staff. Vicki and Ian helped me through the whole process. Was very easy.
Excellent communication from the very friendly staff. I had numerous questions about the process and they took the time to answer everything and reassure me. Extremely professional with high levels of care for all dogs. Thanks again team from myself and my dog Tank!
Ian and Vicky were amazing to deal with, quick email responses and always lovely to talk to on the phone. My semen is in safe hands with them!
Norm is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Gets great results with very little notice. We've used Sires on Ice for both A.I. of our Frenchie and for transporting frozen semen. Very reliable. Absolutely recommend.
Very rude male answered the phone
