They had excellent response time when I contacted them with a question. Too bad I am not a business because they have the parts I need to repair all the broken phones I have at rock bottom prices.

I just want to say that I appreciate how siren is always open to helping the client out! They are always in a timely manner shipping parts out, getting here on time. I work at a phone store that uses this company, and I want to say this is some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen, & experienced! In my opinion, they have quality parts, and whenever we did have issues, they take care of us! Thank you Siren! God bless anybody reading this, in Jesus Christ name!

Samy is a disrespectful vulgar person who has an ego and won't admit that they sell you bad parts and then hold your money with a bogus return policy. Purchased a $400 defective part? No swaps. Just a refund in 3 business days and you must repurchase another part. The fact they punish you for the convenience they offer is laughable. After trying to return a s23 ultra oem screen samy proceeded to put his hands on me physically.

SirenWireless Repair parts sucks! receiving fake or low-quality parts, which may not be a proper fit or may not work as expected. Some have also mentioned receiving parts that were not the same as advertised, like a replacement screen that wasn't an OEM receiving counterfeit or inferior parts Return process sucks customer service is very bad with bad attitude

Been doing business with siren wireless for 8 years now. By far the most consistent and efficient supplier for my phone repair shop, really glad I found them! Def have my vouch
